Pale Ale PDF Print E-mail

  • 8 lbs, pale malt extract
  • 1lb, 60L crystal malt
  • 1/2 lb, Carapils
  • 1oz, Fuggles hops (boil 60 min)
  • 1oz, Fuggles finish hops (5 min)
  • CA Ale Yeast
  • 1tsp gypsun
  • Iris moss
 
fermented for probably close to 2 weeks and bottled. Turned out good. Next time will need to stir the priming sugar when wort added as the carbonation was not consistent between bottles.
